Vetro Glass Kitchen Island Pendant

Vetro is a linear pendant designed to hang over a kitchen island or dining table. A slim metal bar holds a row of glass shades, spreading light evenly along the full length of the surface below. Its clean Nordic lines suit modern, industrial and Scandinavian kitchens, and the glass shades add a soft sheen that looks good whether the lights are on or off.

Choose three shades on a 23.6 in bar or four shades on an 31.5 in bar, then pick square or round shades in a black or gold finish. The height adjusts between 13.8 in and 27.6 in, so you can set the shades at the right level above an island, breakfast bar or dining table. Each shade takes an E26 bulb, sold separately, and dimming depends on the bulbs you fit. Pair Vetro with matching bar stools or a timber table, and its glass shades will tie the cooking and dining areas together.

The glass shades wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Vetro is a mains-wired pendant, so we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Designed for dry indoor rooms, it gives practical task light for cooking and a welcoming glow for meals, making it an easy way to define the heart of an open-plan kitchen. The shades also reflect a little light upwards for a softer feel across the ceiling.
